FEES & REQUIREMENTS

• Vendor Fee: $195-295 (due upon acceptance must pay 50% of fee upfront) cashapp - $horizonwinefestival
• Setup Time: September 12th | Breakdown Time: September 14th
• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and cooking equipment.
• All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations.

TERMS & AGREEMENT

I agree to the terms and conditions set by the Horizon City Wine Festival. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, I will comply with all festival regulations.
